Marili Cancio Johnson P.A. 

Mariana "Marili" Cancio Johnson, an AV-rated attorney concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate, real estate and international law. With over 25 of experience, she counsels large and mid-size companies across diverse industries with respect to a wide range of business matters. Prior to starting Cancio Johnson in 2011, Marili worked for two of Florida's premiere law firms Holland & Knight LLP and Fowler White Burnett PA.

 

In real estate she manages the busy real estate and title practice. Cancio Johnson is a title agent for The Fund and is a fully-insured law practice representing lenders and borrowers.

 

Marili assists clients negotiating and executing business acquisitions and real estate transactions that complement overall business and financial objectives. She has a niche practice with Latin Americans purchasing real estate in Florida.  She also assists with corporate governance and trademark maintenance. Marili has extensive experience with mergers, acquisitions and asset exchange transactions. Significantly, Marili offers general counsel services to mid-size companies in South Florida.

In the international arena, Marili represents companies operating in Latin America and foreign investors establishing and expanding companies in the U.S. She helps clients plan and negotiate multi-jurisdictional mergers, other corporate transactions and real estate purchases.
